One "No" followed by 30 "Yes" responses is still incredibly valuable.
Just once per day at the time you choose. That's it. If you respond "Later", we'll remind you again in a few hours, but never more than that. We respect your time and your inbox.
If you can't respond to a reminder, just ignore it. Your streak will reset when you next respond "No". Alternatively, you can pause your habit temporarily using the PAUSE command if you know you'll be unreachable for a while.
