📚 Quick Start

Once you've joined the waitlist and received access, simply send "Hi" to our WhatsApp number. We'll guide you through a quick 30-second setup:

  1. Tell us your first habit to track
  2. Choose what time you want daily reminders
  3. Confirm your timezone
  4. Done! You're tracking habits

💬 Habit Management Commands

Create, modify, and manage your habits with these commands:

Command Description Example
ADD [habit] Create a new habit to track add Morning Run
LIST or HABITS Show all your active habits with streaks list
DELETE [habit] Remove a habit (by number or name) delete 2 or delete water
RENAME [habit] TO [new name] Fix typos in habit names rename 1 TO take medication
EDIT [habit] TIME [time] Change reminder time for a habit edit 1 time 10 AM
PAUSE [habit] Stop reminders temporarily (streak preserved!) pause medication
RESUME [habit] Resume a paused habit resume 1
💡 Pro Tip: You can reference habits by number (1, 2, 3) or by name ("medication", "exercise"). We'll match partial names too!

✅ Tracking & Progress Commands

Log your daily progress and view statistics:

Command Description Example
YES or Y Mark habit as completed (in response to reminder) yes or yes medication
NO or N Mark habit as skipped for today no or no exercise
DONE [habit] Manually mark habit complete (without reminder) done medication
SNOOZE [habit] [duration] Delay reminder by specified time snooze 1 30m or snooze water 1h
STATS View detailed streak statistics stats
[number] View details for a specific habit 1 (shows details for habit #1)
Example: When you receive a reminder "Did you complete 'drink water' today?", you can reply:
yes - if you only have one habit
yes water - if you have multiple habits
snooze water 30m - to be reminded in 30 minutes

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I respond to reminders late?

Yes! You can respond to a reminder hours later. We'll still count it for that day.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your streak will reset, but no worries! Just keep going. Building habits is about consistency, not perfection.

Can I track the same habit at different times?

Currently no. Each habit has one reminder time. But you can create separate habits like "Morning medication" and "Evening medication".

How do I delete my data?

Send us a message with support and mention you'd like to delete your data. We'll handle it within 24 hours.

What happens if I hit my message limit?

You'll receive a notification, but don't worry - you can still respond to reminders with YES/NO. Other commands will work again the next day.

Can I switch plans?

Yes! Reply upgrade to see upgrade options.
