Create, modify, and manage your habits with these commands:

Habitchat is flexible with time formats. All of these work:
9 AM or 9AM2:30 PM or 14:3019:00 (24-hour format)8:45 PMYes! You can respond to a reminder hours later. We'll still count it for that day.
Your streak will reset, but no worries! Just keep going. Building habits is about consistency, not perfection.
Currently no. Each habit has one reminder time. But you can create separate habits like "Morning medication" and "Evening medication".
Send us a message with support and mention you'd like to delete your data. We'll handle it within 24 hours.
You'll receive a notification, but don't worry - you can still respond to reminders with YES/NO. Other commands will work again the next day.
